Albatur Can Make Special Productions Tailored to the Needs of Its Customers
In addition to the Albatur branded products it has developed, Albatur also evaluates requests from its customers. With our in-house Toolroom, CNC machines, plastic injection, eccentric and hydraulic press lines, paint shop, vibration line, CNC vertical machining centers, aluminum processing CNC machines, and product assembly machine lines, we produce solutions for our customers for different types of products from a single point.
Management of customer requests can be done in different ways.
1- The customer can share the product they need and the required product qualification conditions with us.
In this model, the product tailored to our customer's needs is first handled by our R&D department. Product design and modeling for the needs are carried out. The planning and cost of the processes from the mold stage of the product until it enters the box are calculated. It is offered to our customer together with its commercial terms. If an agreement is reached, the production stage is started.
2- Our customer can share the product whose R&D and design have been completed with us and have it produced.
In this case, our customer shares the technical data with us. If the molds of the product are available, direct production costing is made. If there is a need for a mold, the costing is calculated starting from the mold cost. It is offered to our customer together with its commercial terms. If an agreement is reached, the production stage is started.
To date, Albatur has served many customers in different sectors, such as products for the closed-circuit Automotive sub-industry, furniture sub-industry, electrical sector, and medical sector, and continues its work in this manner.
