To deliver high-quality products to our customers, the measurements and controls of all operations on the production line—including eccentric presses, plastic injection machines, spot welding, electrostatic powder coating, and assembly lines—are performed and evaluated with great meticulousness. With our controls carried out with the same precision from raw material entry to the final inspection process, it has made it its mission to safely deliver sliding systems, door hardware, and decorative vent products to you, our customers, using the most appropriate packaging. While achieving its goals, ALBATUR implements the ISO 9001:2015 quality management system, which is based on process management. By integrating the entire quality system into the ERP program, it ensures that traceability is implemented at a maximum level. In line with our understanding of quality, TSE (Turkish Standards Institution) certified products that have passed all necessary analyses and tests are used in our company.

Mold Design and Manufacturing
Albatur Completes Tooling and Mold Processes In-House Our company's toolroom and mold department provides services to its clients with its design, project, and commissioning units. Following technology closely, it always aims to keep itself updated and continues to support our company's active and dynamic stance in innovation activities. Carrying out the manufacturing and revision processes of all mold designs in-house, Albatur regularly tests the compliance of dimensional and physical tolerances as well as surface quality in its toolroom to ensure the continuity of production quality. Available units in our mold and toolroom department include 3-axis and 4-axis vertical machining centers, horizontal machining pallet-changer multi-station and rotary table machining units, 7-meter dual-station long profile machining, CNC lathes, conventional lathes, vertical milling, EDM (electrical discharge machining), and surface grinding units. Albatur, together with its experienced technical staff and the aid of CAD/CAM software, is capable of preparing molds in short periods within its advanced technology CNC-controlled machinery fleet.
CNC Mechanical Processing
Albatur Performs CNC Mechanical Operations In-House Albatur carries out all finished and semi-finished machining and mechanical processing operations used in its production range within its own facilities. Thanks to the advanced technology CNC units in its production line, it can respond to demands in a high-quality, fast, and reliable manner. Following technology closely, our mechanical processing department always aims to keep itself updated and continues to support our company's active and dynamic stance in innovation activities. Thanks to the machinery fleet capable of reaching high precision and speeds, it is possible to perform final machining/mechanical operations with high measurement accuracy from models to molds. Available units for mechanical processing operations include 3-axis and 4-axis vertical machining centers, horizontal machining pallet-changer multi-station and rotary table machining units, 7-meter dual-station aluminum long profile machining, CNC lathes, conventional lathes, vertical milling, EDM (electrical discharge machining), and surface grinding units. Albatur, together with its experienced technical staff and the aid of CAD/CAM software, is capable of manufacturing mechanical processing / machined parts in short periods within its advanced technology CNC-controlled machinery fleet.
Eccentric Press Sheet Metal Forming
In our press line department, mechanical and hydraulic presses ranging from 30 tons to 250 tons, with table sizes up to 1000 x 1600 mm, provide service. In terms of sheet metal forming techniques in production, the use of progressive dies and automatic coil-feeder drives is at the forefront. Albatur, which carries out sheet metal part design, mold design, and mold manufacturing in-house, conducts its production equipped with occupational safety measures, quality control equipment for part manufacturing, and all hardware that facilitates production, while continuously continuing its development.
Robot
Sustainable production is carried out for decorative vent products as a result of the integrated operation of a 250-ton eccentric press and a robotic arm on our robot line, which was established with an Industry 4.0 perspective. Expanding this robot line, which provides safe and fast production opportunities, to all areas of our manufacturing is among our primary goals.
Automation Production
Albatur continues its production with custom automation systems tailored to its products, maintaining mass production at a standard quality and continuing its developments in production processes with an Industry 4.0 perspective. Our company, which has set a goal to develop its machinery fleet with automation technologies in compliance with occupational safety, believes that innovation and sustainable brand management are achieved through possessing a quality- and automation-supported production awareness. In this context, the policy of continuously investing in our machinery fleet holds an important place among Albatur's leading corporate goals.
Plastic Injection
Plastic Injection Molding Albatur primarily utilizes compound and engineering plastics in its machinery fleet, which handles parts ranging from 7 g to 1500 g with clamping capacities from 80 tons to 380 tons. Using the thermoplastic injection molding method, the company manufactures plastic components for automotive, construction, furniture accessories, and household appliances. Thanks to its in-house mold workshop, Albatur possesses the capability to design and manufacture the molds for the parts it produces. It can also resolve any production-related mold issues internally. Through the use of control gauges and the poka-yoke production system, Albatur ensures rapid, serial, and reliable manufacturing. Furthermore, by integrating robotic arms into its plastic injection molding machines, products are handled instantly, enabling highly efficient, fast, and sustainable production.
Robotic Powder Coating Facility
Albatur Resolves Electrostatic Powder Coating Operations Internally Aware of the importance of applied paint on product quality and durability, our company has established a Robotic coating facility to provide the best service to its customers and to ensure quality and standards in the product painting process. Our Robotic powder coating plant, which can apply both Tribo and Corona powder paint models, is supported by a curing oven group with a natural gas burner unit on a 62-meter conveyor line. It has been designed with an integrated Cyclone system in the paint booth, envisioning an operation model sensitive to the environment and human health. In our facility, which has a daily coating capacity of 40,000 (medium-sized) pieces, parts made of extruded aluminum, formed sheet metal, and components manufactured from zinc and aluminum injection materials are subjected to the painting process following the surface treatment process. Based on daily production lots and color changes during post-paint inspections, the following process and quality controls are performed within specific lot intervals: Paint Thickness Test Buchholz Indentation Test Crack and Flexibility Test Crush Test / Deformation Test Brightness Control Adhesion Test (Cross-Cut Test) The powder coatings used in our facility belong to product groups holding ISO TS 16949 – IATF 16949:2016, Qualicoat, UL 1332, and Organic Coatings for Steel Enclosures for Outdoor Use Electrical Equipment certificates.
Product Testing Processes
Albatur Houses Testing Equipment Compliant with the TSE 1527+A1 Standard. Testing and analysis processes, which are among the most critical outputs of product development activities, are carried out by our experienced and relevant engineers within our company. Thanks to our specially developed servo-driven testing equipment and custom software that provides system dynamics instantly, we possess an infrastructure capable of accessing a vast amount of test data immediately and quickly. All experimental processes in our company are meticulously recorded, and all data is thoroughly reviewed before entering high-lot production. Our company is also certified within the scope of TSE-EN 1527+A1. The entire production portfolio is evaluated regarding the determination of cycle tests (operating cycle), corrosion resistance, performance and strength values after initial and final operations (between 40,000 and 100,000 cycles), load-bearing capacity, and breaking/rupture points, as well as the measurement of initial friction values required under TSE-EN 1527+A1. Additionally, within the scope of fire-resistant manufacturing, our company continues its test and analysis studies on EN 1634-1 fire control, EN 1634-3 smoke control, and V0 flammability values.
Vibration Line
Our Products' Surface Cleaning Is Carried Out In The Vibration Line The vibration and drying process line provides services with vibration surface treatment units for semi-finished sheet metal parts, aluminum components, zinc and aluminum injection parts, metal, plastic, ceramic, glass, wood, and rubber-based materials produced within Albatur prior to painting, Cr-Ni/Galvanizing plating, Anodizing plating, and assembly operations; performing deburring, polishing, edge rounding, cleaning, passivation, radiusing, resizing, degreasing, surface flattening, and similar operations using Vibration and Drying machines with capacities ranging from 50 Liters to 500 Liters.
Aluminum Profile Processing
We Process Aluminum Profile Groups with Our Diverse Machinery Fleet. Albatur, with its extensive machinery fleet and its experience and staff originating from aluminum part manufacturing, has a wide range of aluminum-manufactured products from automotive to white goods, and from furniture components to household appliances. It performs precise and high-quality machined part production with a machinery fleet equipped with the latest model technologies required by the era. Within its structure, Albatur provides services with a powerful production fleet including automatic precise servo-driven cutting machines, 7-meter 4-axis dual-station CNC machining centers, 4-axis pallet-changer tower type station machining centers, 3-axis CNC vertical machining centers, a CNC driven lathe group, double-head cutting units, and automatic product loading/unloading systems designed for custom productions.
