Albatur Supports Its Wide Product Range With Its Stocks Albatur Warehouse management effectively uses CRITICAL STOCK management in accordance with ERP and MRP-supported Capacity Planning, leveraging the experience of regular and recorded data accumulation from past years' production infrastructure. It keeps its Sales warehouse active and strong in every period with its continuous and fluent production at sales-ready finished and semi-finished product levels in accordance with ISO norms. Daily Warehouse requirements and production planning are managed using artificial intelligence software technology designed within Albatur. Aware of the importance of stock management, ALBATUR defines all its products with a barcoding system in accordance with smart addressing logic, and accesses instant data with tablets and the ERP system. In this way, it carries out fast and reliable stock management even within a wide product range.

Assembly Processes
Albatur Manages Assembly Processes With Its Strong Team. Albatur has a multi-part and high-volume product range. Apart from special productions, it carries out a production management with thousands of product trees under the Albatur brand as aftermarketing. Assembly operations of the produced parts are carried out by our experienced employees at assembly benches equipped with poka–yoke systems. Thanks to the advanced automation under the management of our experienced operators in our assembly line and the apparatuses produced within our own structure used in multi-part assemblies, we continue our work without compromising on continuity and quality in production. As in every stage of our production, high quality, sustainable production continues to be made with continuous checks in our assembly department as well.
Engineering Processes
Albatur serves its customers with its design, engineering, project management, commissioning, and production units. Our engineering and development unit always aims to keep itself updated by following technology closely and continues to be the supporter of our company's effective and dynamic stance in innovation activities. All part modelings are created by processing sample prototypes in 3D printers and CNC machines. Realizing the manufacturing and revision processes of mold designs within its own body after testing procedures, Albatur is able to achieve method and improvement works in the production line with its experienced and innovative young Engineer staff. Our company is a licensed member of NX-Unigraphics(Siemens ) , Autodesk Inventor , Autodesk Mechanical , Autodesk Electrical , Autodesk Showcase , Autodesk 3ds Max , Autodesk Inventor Navisworks Manage , Archicad in CAD/CAM and WORKFLOWS studies.

Albatur Attaches Importance to Exhibition Participations As Albatur ; we participate in exhibitions in Turkey and in different countries around the world with the aim of introducing our brand to our customers , our dealers , applying solution points that prefer our products and to new markets. In Countries where our distributorship is located, our products take place in exhibitions through our Distributor. Istanbul Tüyap Intermob and Germany Cologne Interzum exhibition are among the example exhibitions we have been participating in for many years. We are planning our new participations in international exhibitions.

All process owners have completed the TSE EN ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Systems Standards and TSE EN ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System Internal Auditor trainings and obtained their certificates to meet customer demands, improve our technology, and work efficiently. Knowing that development is achieved through systems, our organization obtained the ISO 9001:2008 certification in 2012 through TUV Saarland audits. As of today, the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Systems certificate, updated in 2019, is in effect. It maintains its quality approach with utmost seriousness with its expert staff in the sliding systems, door hardware, and decorative ventilation grilles sector. In order to keep our quality product principle at the highest level, our products have been entitled to receive the TSE Certificate of Conformity by being subjected to corrosion test, hardness test, chemical analysis test, and cycle test. Special Product Development
Albatur Can Make Special Productions Tailored to the Needs of Its Customers In addition to the Albatur branded products it has developed, Albatur also evaluates requests from its customers. With our in-house Toolroom, CNC machines, plastic injection, eccentric and hydraulic press lines, paint shop, vibration line, CNC vertical machining centers, aluminum processing CNC machines, and product assembly machine lines, we produce solutions for our customers for different types of products from a single point. Management of customer requests can be done in different ways. 1- The customer can share the product they need and the required product qualification conditions with us. In this model, the product tailored to our customer's needs is first handled by our R&D department. Product design and modeling for the needs are carried out. The planning and cost of the processes from the mold stage of the product until it enters the box are calculated. It is offered to our customer together with its commercial terms. If an agreement is reached, the production stage is started. 2- Our customer can share the product whose R&D and design have been completed with us and have it produced. In this case, our customer shares the technical data with us. If the molds of the product are available, direct production costing is made. If there is a need for a mold, the costing is calculated starting from the mold cost. It is offered to our customer together with its commercial terms. If an agreement is reached, the production stage is started. To date, Albatur has served many customers in different sectors, such as products for the closed-circuit Automotive sub-industry, furniture sub-industry, electrical sector, and medical sector, and continues its work in this manner.
Albatur Stand
We Exhibit Albatur Corporate Product Stands at Our Dealers. We prepare Albatur Stands for our contracted dealers so that our customers can examine our products, observe their differences, and have information about their installation. We supply our stands in standard sizes and in accordance with Albatur Corporate identity by receiving technical, production, and installation support from Professional Decoration companies, and deliver them to our dealers. We design our stands with the idea of displaying the maximum possible number of products in the most economical area possible.
Domestic Sales
Albatur Serves Over 300 Points of Sale in Turkey Products manufactured under the Albatur brand are sold in every region in Turkey. Our sales have two sales channels. Sales Through the Albatur Dealer Sales Channel We offer our products at more than 250 points of sale with DIY Stores, Hardware Material Vendors, and Furniture Accessory Points of Sale across 71 provinces domestically. Our Dealer Business Partners are the foundation of our sales system. Albatur products are evaluated in the technical complementary material class. Therefore, the knowledge, experience, and stock capabilities of our Business Partners are important for our Applier End Customers. We support our Business Partners in terms of Product Display Stands, catalogs, training, and product introduction activities. Industrial Consumer Furniture Factories We serve our Serial Furniture manufacturer customers operating throughout Turkey via the Industrial Sales Channel. We produce solutions for the needs of recognized brands such as Alfemo, Doğtaş, Konfor, Kelebek, and many of our national brands. We also provide them with R&D product support services for new product developments.
