As Albatur, the production processes of the Sliding Systems, furniture accessories, and all other products we manufacture cover more than 10 processes. Albatur houses mold design, mold production, sheet metal forming, plastic injection, zamak injection, aluminum and metal mechanical operations, electrostatic paint shop, assembly, and warehousing operations under one roof. Our products evaluated according to TSE EN 1527+A1 standards have been entitled to receive the TSE Certificate of Conformity after being subjected to tests in areas such as impact test, horizontal static load resistance test, static load test resistance, initial friction value, corrosion resistance, door mass, door panel size, door category and durability (cycle test). Our TSE Certificate, which we first received from the Turkish Standards Institution on 04.10.2017, is renewed annually as a result of the audits carried out. As Albatur Endüstri, on this path we walk with great sensitivity in order not to compromise on our quality, the parts we use in Sliding Door Mechanisms and our Quality Management System are regularly audited by the Turkish Standards Institution and a certificate of conformity is issued.

Our 130-0210 and 130-0230 coded Fire-Resistant Concealed and Surface-Mounted Automatic Drop Seals, designed with great precision by our R&D department, have been subjected to all necessary tests in an international testing institution in accordance with the EN 1634-1 standard and have been entitled to receive the Fire Resistance Certificate. Within the scope of certification, 130-0210 - Fire-Resistant Concealed Automatic Drop Seal was exposed to high fire for 61 minutes, and 130-0230 – Fire-Resistant Surface-Mounted Automatic Drop Seal for 68 minutes. During this period, our products never caught fire and did not allow smoke to pass to the other side. Albatur maintains its competitive power in the global arena in the light of developing technology, with an advanced understanding of quality and customer satisfaction, and continues to register it through certification studies.
